迷迭香雞肉串

準備食材  Ingredients

迷迭香葉少許雞里肌3條
鹽、黑胡椒適量蒜末1-2顆

食譜作法  Directions

1.雞里肌切成大約4×4公分大小
2.將橄欖油加入蒜末、迷迭香葉、塩、黑胡椒調味
3.串起雞肉及甜椒,然後雙面刷上調好味的橄欖油
4.放進烤箱大約烤15分鐘左右(中途翻轉一面)
5.上桌前淋上少許檸檬汁,絶對是一道迷人可口的料理!
