炙燒可樂翅腿

準備食材  Ingredients

雞翅6支 1支
小雞腿6支蒜頭 3顆
可樂1罐150cc米酒 20cc
醬油依個人喜好

食譜作法  Directions

1.少許油下鍋,(冷油)放入拍扁的蒜瓣和薑片炒香。
2.雞翅下去煎至兩面稍微金黃
3.加入可樂和2匙醬油(大概10-15 cc ) 、米酒
4.上蓋煮個4-5分鐘確定雞翅熟了再開蓋,煮到醬汁收乾即完成
